  • Combine ingredients by blending.
  • Serve.

  1. GREAT SMOOTHIE! Went right on down the list of ingredients, & used a nectarine along with some frozen mixed berries! And, although I usually include protein powder, I did use the toasted wheat germ this time & was totally happy with the result! [Will get this right the 2nd time! I tagged, made & reviewed this recipe in Healthy Choices ABC tag!]

I am a full-time college student who loves to teach fellow students how to eat healthy. I see tons of students eating all sorts of crap because they don't know how to prepare quick healthy meals and snacks. I am older than most undergrad (27 yrs) students and have lived on my own for a number of years before transferring to complete my degree. I know how to prepare healthy unprocesed meals on a daily basis because of this. I love cooking and knowing what I put into my body!!!
