- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup cracked ice
- 2 tablespoons finely diced cucumbers
- 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed dried mint
- 1 ice cube, with an embedded mint leaf (optional)
- 1 cucumber, spear (optional)
directions
- Mix yogurt, ice, diced cucumbers, and mint.
- Garnish with minted ice cube and cucumber spear (optional).

Thanks for sharing this recipe with us. It was simply GREAT, GREAT, GREAT! I have made yogurt drinks before, but never tried to use crushed ice. Did I say the recipe was GREAT! LOL It surely was. I added a lot of finely chopped cucumber and used my own home made yogurt (rich and creamy). Also, besides the crushed mint leaves, added salt. Later on I made a second batch and put it into the refigerator. SS

I need to give you not 5 but 10 stars for this drink!! I halved this recipe and enjoyed this for lunch in the afternoon today. This is very refreshing. I used whole ice cubes for this. I've used 1 tbsp. whole diced cucumbers and 1/2 tsp. fresh mint leaves(finely chopped). Thank you for a wonderful drink to beat the heat!
