"Who would have thought that gin and maple syrup would taste good together?"

- 1 1⁄2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 dashes bitters
directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into chilled martini glass.

Would indeed never have thought of adding maple syrup to a gin drink. Interesting. It was nice to try but I do not think it would be a favourite of mine. Using lots of ice is essential, perks up the drink. Thanks for posting.
