  1. This made for a wonderful and filling breakfast. I didn't have salami on hand, so used some crumbled bacon and also used sweet onion minced in place of green onion, otherwise made as written. I did scale it back to 2 servings but this would be great to make for a crowd!!! Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for Holiday Tag.

  2. Delicious! I used salami, but am going to try it with ham or bacon also. I think the cheeses could be varied too. Great flavors and the sour cream is a nice touch. Made for TOP FAVORITES of 2009 COOKBOOKS TAG GAME

  3. This is a terrific egg casserole! I halved the recipe, used ham, and left out the onions. The casserole baked up nice and fluffy and the sour cream/parmesan topping really made this dish. Loved it - thanks for posting this winner!

  4. I cut the recipe in half to make 1 casserole . I added ham to the salami, and it made for one tasty meal. Made for football pool.

  5. This is very easy to do and made a very enjoyable midweek meal. I used ham instead of salami and also diced two tomatoes into it - very tasty indeed.
