- 1 (12 ounce) package windmill almond cookies
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (at room temp.)
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
directions
- Mix all ingredients except the cookies, in a medum bowl.
- Mix until smooth.
- Frost each cookie with a thin layer.

I liked to cook when I`was first married. Then I had more kids and some did not like some kind of food. Then they srarted growing up and had after school stuff, so I did not cook as much now I only have two kids at home and the love of cooking is comming back. I`also like to play online games. I`attend church three times a week. The only things that bother me is when I go to cook something and all the ingreants ar not there or i have to clean the ketchen before I cook.
