Whole Wheat Maple Syrup & Butter Bread (Bread Machine)

"Very tastefull bread made by myself. I'm going to make some tests and develop it soon. I'll be trying to add some gluten and putting some honey instead of the maple syrup. Once done you people will be away"

  1. I expected a lot more out of this recipe, it was bland to me.

  2. This bread turned out beautifully! I followed the recipe exactly. Personally, I wouldn't change a thing!

  3. This was a very good whole wheat bread. We enjoyed it. It was just a little bit too dry I thought. Just needs a little tweaking. Next time I would either increase butter a little or add oil like previous reviewer suggested.

  4. Nice bread. It was not as strongly flavored as I had thought it might be, but it was very satisfying, chewy, but not too dense. I started it in the ABM & finished it in the oven, as I didn't realize how many cups of flour it used until I was into it & I was afraid it was too mauch for my machine. Turned out fine.

  5. This is a very good bread, nice and crunchy on the outside and whole wheat on the inside. I followed your directions except I used buttermilk instead of reg. milk. I will make this again, thanks for sharing. This bread is lower in carbs than most breads.
