White Chocolate Mousse

"I found the recipe from Kraft Foods (www.kraftfoods.com). I do not have an electric mixer and whipped the cream by hand. This is very easy, tasty, and rich for a nice, cool dessert. If you whip the cream by hand, I suggest you do it before you melt the chocolate."

"Sweet Sixteen! Two years until college. looking back, I started to have an interest for cooking two summers ago! I've had successes, and failures with cooking! That's the fun of cooking! You try until you find what your tastebuds want. OK here's what I'm gonna make in 2006 1. Black sesame desserts 2. Banana desserts 3. sweet potato desserts 4. use okara 5. green tea dishes (that are exotic)"

I added about a 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and 3/4 tsp of vanilla. Pretty good.

This was pretty good, but it was a bit thick. Next time I make it I will only put 1/8 cup of the cream with the chocolate. I think that will keep the Mousse more fluffy.

This is a yummilicious chocolate mousse that I'd made long back and the little kids I served it to, licked their fingers clean{because they dipped their fingers in it instead of having the patience to use a spoon!). The big kids(adults) loved it just as much!! Truly this is a keeper recipe!
