Awesome! I am a Starbucks white chocolate mocha with hazelnut lover......and since I quit work I don't go near Starbucks so my awesome hubby gave me the Mr. Coffee expresso machine....which Is totally awesome too, especially for 40 dollars! Finding the hazelnut syrup was easy....the white chocolate sauce was another story. You can find it on line for a high price.....but this recipe is dead on! It is so good, so,easy and so cheap to make. Thank you!!!!'

Wonderful - now I can make a white chocolate mocha at home that tastes just like Starbucks (seriously, if you put it in a Starbucks cup, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference)! I did have to tweak it just a little - the first time I made it, it was a little too marshmallowy for me. So I doubled the amount of white chocolate and milk (actually, I replaced the milk with half-and-half). Perfection! I have an espresso maker, but I'm too lazy to mess with it and clean it, etc. So instead, I make really strong coffee. One cup of water to three heaping tablespoons of Starbucks coffee. Microwave 3/4 c. of milk until just before boiling. Add coffee and white chocolate sauce (I used about 1/3 c. - that makes it pretty sweet, so adjust to taste). Top with whipped cream, and you have it! This makes about 2 small mugs, or one really big one. :)
