apricots and white chocolate has now become my new favorite combination! wow, worth gaining weight, my guests did not believe that these exquisite squares were not from a gourmet bakery. and to make it even better they are very simple to make.

Yes! Perfectly srcumptious. I undercooked the bottom layer a tad, and it came out beautifully. Seemed like it would be a lot of work, but it wasn't too bad. Definitely a keeper!

At first when I made these, I ate it right out of the oven. Bad mistake, didn't taste very well, and it kinda slid apart. But once they cooled off they were awesome. I will make again, but I would undercook the first layer by a minute or 2. I cooked it until done, and by the time the second cooking was done, the bottom layer was a little "over" done. I will also melt the apricot jam in the microwave before spreading it over the first layer. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
