White Castle " Sliders"

ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 1⁄4 ounces onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- 1 diced onion
directions
- Mix onion soup mix, ground beef and egg together. Press into a cookie sheet all the way to the edges (will shrink up a lot). Polk holes in the meat with a fork and press diced onion into the meat. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 400.
- Cut into 24 squares. Serve on dinner rolls or we really like them on Kings Hawaiian rolls. Top with 1/4 of a piece of plastic (processed American slices) cheese, pickle slice and a little ketchup.
- Makes 24.

I love the simpleness of this recipe. I served 85 people myself at a 4th of July party and spent less than an hour cooking. Use a pizza slicer to cut up the meat into little squares and add bread crumbs if you want the patties to be a little "fluffy". I used hawaiian sweet onions which turns slightly pink during cooking. It adds a nice colorful touch

<br>In my spare time, I like to watch television, swim, eat, cook, and hang out with my DH. I have 2 grown bio daughters (LAUNCHED!), and am a evil stepmother to DH's 3 girls (thats a whole nother post!)
