White Bean Dip With Herbes De Provence

ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon herbes de provence
- 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini or (15 ounce) can other white beans, rinsed
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper
directions
- Put everything in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, adding 1 Tbsp water or so if the mixture seems too thick. Refrigerate.
