    cup onion, chopped

    ounce ranch dressing mix (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  • In a bowl, beat egg and milk.
  • Stir in cheese, oats, onion and ranch.
  • Add beef and mix well.
  • Shape into 8 small loaves and place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Spoon BBQ sauce over loaves.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-45 minute or until meat is no longer pink.
  • Top with fried onions.
