  1. So good!! I love this type of frosting and can't believe it was that easy. I will note that my cream cheese was not at room temp when I started working with it and I this did make a big difference. I used cheesecake pudding and put it on top of butter pecan cake. yummy! Thanks!

  2. I love whipped frosting but never knew it was so easy to make. This is just great! I used light cream cheese and Pistachio pudding and it turned out wonderful. Thanks for sharing.

  3. I have not tried this yet, but for Miss Chif's comment on how to blend in the cream cheese better. Heat the cream cheese in the microwave, beat, then cool to room temp and use. I did this to make fruit dip at the store I worked at. A little extra work, but nice and creamy results!

  4. I love the taste of this frosting. I did use the chocolate instant pudding and used it to frost an angel food cake. Yum. I've made this recipe twice and my only complaint is that I can never get the cream cheese to be completely blended even though it was room temp.....any suggestions? Perhaps I need to warm it up a bit more?

  5. Love this one, so quick and easy to do. Made something very similar years back with whipped cream, but the added cream cheese in this recipe makes for a whole new taste! I used pistachio pudding mix but think it would be equally good with any of the pudding flavors. Will definitely make this again. Thank you for a topping everyone loved!
