ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 (3 ounce) box chocolate instant pudding
- 1 cup whole milk
directions
- Whip room temperture cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Add instant pudding mix and beat until mix is well disolved in cream cheese.
- Add milk and whip until fluffy.
- Fold Cool Whip into mixture.
- Frost cake, must referigate.

I love the taste of this frosting. I did use the chocolate instant pudding and used it to frost an angel food cake. Yum. I've made this recipe twice and my only complaint is that I can never get the cream cheese to be completely blended even though it was room temp.....any suggestions? Perhaps I need to warm it up a bit more?

Love this one, so quick and easy to do. Made something very similar years back with whipped cream, but the added cream cheese in this recipe makes for a whole new taste! I used pistachio pudding mix but think it would be equally good with any of the pudding flavors. Will definitely make this again. Thank you for a topping everyone loved!
