    tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1
    small onion, finely chopped
  • 2
    tablespoons dill pickle relish (I use the sweet pickle relish because I like it better) or 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, whichever you like best (I use the sweet pickle relish because I like it better)
  • 2
    celery, ribs sliced thinly (but not too thin)
  • 3
    hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 12
    cup sliced black olives

DIRECTIONS

  • Chop "Wham" like you would ham for a salad.
  • Put "wham" in a bowl.
  • Add other ingredients and mix well.
  • Refrigerate until chilled and eat right away.
  • Can eat in a sandwich with your favorite bread or in a green salad.
