Westbrae Natural's Mellow Miso Salad Dressing
- Ready In:
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup filtered water
- 1 -2 tablespoon white miso (reduced from 1/4 cup and can sub yellow miso)
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown rice syrup
- 1 tablespoon green onion, sliced thinly
- Place all ingredients except the onions in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a non-reactive container and stir in the green onions.
- Best prepared at least 1 hour in advance of serving.
