DIRECTIONS

  • pat prawns dry with kitchen paper.
  • mix harrissa with the honey in a small bowl then add the prawns stir to coat, cover and marinate for 30minutes in the fridge (you keep in fridge up to an hour).
  • preheat grill to high, thread the prawns onto 2 short skewers (presoak if woodern to prevent burning), then grill for 5 minutes turning halfway through and drizzling with any leftover marinade.
  • remove from the skewers and serve prawns with some watercress and a lime wedge each.
