  1. Most Helpful This tastes great! Use the clear cream de cocoa if you want your martini to be a light color. We thought it was a bit strong and blended with a little ice. Also, I have used fresh or frozen pineapple in place of the pineapple juice. If you blend with a blender it does come out a bit foamy but I don't mind that at all.

  2. Delish! This really does taste like wedding cake! I used white creme de cacao as that is what I had and vanilla vodka. It came out just beautiful and so very yummy! Thanks Rita!

  3. This was very nice. I used light creme de cacao and regular vodka with a few drops of vanilla extract (homemade in vodka!) and the pineapple juice. I doubled the juice to make this a little less potent - it was tasty & smooth. Thanks! ZWT 3

  4. I'm sorry Rita but this one was too sweet. And as you can see my photo, it's not the same color as yours. I don't know why. My creme de cacao was dark. Maybe it was the white that was needed. Too sweet cause I used 3/4 ounce of vodka and 1/4 ounce of galliano (vanilla liquor). I'll have to buy vanilla vodka to see the difference. Made for ZWT 3
