  • In sauce pan on medium heat add butter.
  • Stir in cream, lemon juice, shallots and tamari sauce and boil for 4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let sit for 2 minutes.
  • Add wasabi paste and mix well.
  • Serve with fish or as a condiment for asian foods.
  • Enjoy.

    Just made it and it is cooling in the fridge, will use it tonight with our Ahi nori panko crusted tuna along with a sweet Japanese sauce. Thanks for the recipe as normally I buy the ready made which is a sorry representation. Hope it tastes as good as I expect tonight.
