    3 cups cooked turkey or 3 cups smoked turkey

    cups cracker crumbs (we prefer Club crackers)
  • 12
    cup celery, chopped
  • 12
    cup onion, chopped
  • 1
    (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup or (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients& place in baking dish.
  • Bake @ 350° until browned, approximately 1 hour, OR place in slow cooker on low for several hours.
  • Serve on rolls.
