    ounces brie cheese, thinly sliced

    cup caramelized onion
  • 12
    teaspoon fresh thyme

DIRECTIONS

  • Cut croissants in half horizontally. Place equal amounts of brie cheese, caramelized onion and thyme on bottom half of croissant. Top with remaining croissant and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and surface of croissant is golden and crispy, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and cut in thirds.
