ingredients

• 6 ounces chopped walnuts
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 2 egg yolks
• 1⁄4 lb butter
• 6 ounces sugar

directions

1. Cook walnuts with milk and flour.
2. Mix well with the egg yolks.
3. Cream butter with the sugar; add to the walnut mixture.
