ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons fat, melted
- 2 egg whites
directions
- Measure, mix and sift the first 4 ingredients.
- Add the milk gradually, then egg yolks and melted fat, mis.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Cook in a waffle iron following directions given for the iron you use.

For fun I love to fish for trout when I'm in Georgia and salt water fish when I'm in Florida in the winter.
