"A delicious blend of fresh cheese, turkey, and pound cake. Can be gobbled up in a traditional 2-piece pound cake format or the salubrious "open-faced" lovewich."

• 2 tablespoons mascarpone
• 2 tablespoons turkey
• 1 -2 slice poundcake

directions

1. 1. Take 2 pieces of pound cake cut 2 cm wide (or just one piece if going "open-faced") and douse them with an adequate but not too merciful ration of mascarpone. Upon this staunch base, turkey - at least a palmful- shall be ceded to this omnipotent sustenance.

Spot On!!! Just make sure you you fresh ingredients and this recipe can't go wrong (I dabbled a bit of astafetida on this because cheese gives me gas). I did this for my Christmas Party as appetizers and I was promoted to VP!!! From now on, whenever I make this dish I"m going to procure a tube of freshly minted American Silver Eagles!! This recipe is not only declicious, it's an investment into the future!
