A very quick & easy salad to put together! I did change a couple of things ~ I used a blueberry yogurt (which probably intensified that berry flavor a bit) & also added a drop of blue food coloring to make the color a little bluer! All for a good cause, 'cause this is a very nicely flavorful salad & the recipe & definite keeper1 [Tagged, made & reviewed for one of my adopted orphans in the current Pick A Chef]

Made for Fall 09 PAC Premie Adoption. I made this exactly per the recipe and everyone who was over for dinner tonight loved this. A great very blue fruit salad for any occasion, but especially for pot lucks, take this and I'll guarantee people will be asking for the recipe. Thank you for a keeper, and God Bless you and Your wonderful family.

It is definetly a hit, This is great for kids and adults, I made this minus the blueberrys as you don't get that pie filling here so I subd it with blackberrys not too different and it also makes it blue. I put it in a flan case for the adults and in sundae dishes for the kids. A nice blend of fruit, and the yogurt finished it off with a nice smooth feel. Very nice and quick to put together. Made for PAC 2009

My husband calls me the "Queen of Substitution" in my cooking. If I try a new recipe, he always asked what I substituted. LOL
