Classic old fashioned BBQ ribs from the foot hills

ingredients
- 4 cups baby rays barbecue sauce
- 1⁄4 cup garlic salt
- 1⁄4 cup minced onion
- 1⁄4 cup black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 4 white tail rib racks
- 1 (5 lb) bag of apple wood chips
directions
- Mix the pepper, garlic salt, butter, and onions into a basting sauce.
- Heavily bast the ribs and soak in BBQ sauce for 30 minutes.
- Hang in smoker for 8 hours on low.
- serve with baked potatoes for best result.
