ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 4 cups cooked rotini pasta
- 1 (1 lb) package frozen italian style mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 (10 ounce) can ro-tel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 3⁄4 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
directions
- Combine ingredients in 9"x 13" baking dish.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 40 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Stir and Serve.
