    can Campbell's half-fat condensed cream of mushroom soup

    cups shredded swiss cheese

    (16 ounce) packages frozen vegetables, cooked and drained (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 1
    (2 1/2 ounce) cans French-fried onions or (6 ounce) can French-fried onions

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix soup, 1 cup cheese, sour cream and pepper.
  • Stir in vegetables and half of the onions.
  • Spoon into 3-quart shallow baking dish.
  • Bake at 400øF.
  • for 20 minutes or until hot.
  • Stir.
  • Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese and onions over vegetable mixture.
  • Bake 2 minutes or until onions are golden.
