Vegan Cream of Tomato Soup
- Ready In:
- 1 lb silken tofu
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Put the tomatoes and tofu in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add as much soymilk as needed to get the consistency you like.
- Heat through.
