Vegan Banana Bread (Healthy!)

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Bake at 350F for 60-75 minutes in a greased and floured loaf pan, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove from pan and cool on its side.

  1. This recipe was extremely easy to make and tasted very good. I substituted the unrefined sugar with 1/2 C of Splenda and 1/4 C of honey and that gave the bread a wonderfully sweet taste. My family said it taste just as good as my other banana bread I make.
     
  2. This recipe is really dense and less sweet than most banana breads. It's very hearty, though and tastes great. I just toss the apple in the food processor and then throw in the other ingredients. Works perfectly!
