- 2 eggs
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Crack eggs into a blender.
- Add cream cheese and vanilla.
- Blend for 1 minute.
- Let stand for 3-4 minutes to allow bubbles to rest.
- Heat pan and use ample butter to grease.
- Pour batter in a small to medium circle and allow to sit for 1 minute.
- Flip and cook for 1 minute (be sure both sides are golden brown).
- Serve with your favorite keto friendly toppings.
