- 1 slice sourdough bread
- 1⁄3 cup leftover baked beans
- 1 ounce shredded cheddar cheese (or sliced thin)
directions
- Place bread on small baking sheet, spread baked beans over bread and top with cheese.
- Broil in oven until cheese is melted.

I used to eat baked beans on bread with butter all the time so I knew I would love this recipe. This takes no time at all to make and I added a light layer of butter to my bread. Definitely use the sourdough bread! I used a can of Bush's beans - original flavor for supper the night before and had this sandwich for lunch. YUMMM!!! Made and reviewed for ZWT 4.
