Ustad's Scrambled Eggs on Toast

"This makes for a wonderful breakfast and was taught to me by our long time International Chef, Krishna Tamang from Nepal. Hope you all enjoy it."

• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 1 . 8 slices bread
• 2 . salt, a little over 1/2 tsp
• 3 . 1 cup milk
• 4 . 6-8 eggs, beaten (whisked)
• 5 . 4 tbsp. softened butter
• 6 . 1/2 tsp. black pepper

directions

1. 1. Toast the bread slices in a toaster.
2. 2. Keep a pan to heat and keep the flame on low.
3. 3. In a bowl mix together thoroughly the salt, eggs and milk.
4. 4. Melt butter in a pot.
5. 5. Add the mixture which was beaten and prepared in step number 3 to the melted butter.
6. 6. On low flame cook this above prepared mixture while mixing thoroughly.
7. 7. Keep stirring the mixture and scraping the sides and bring the entire egg mixture in the middle of the pan with every stir.
8. 8. Serve the above prepared mixture on toasted bread garnished with freshly ground black pepper.
9. 9. Serve hot for breakfast with a tall glass of milk.
