Unusual and Delicious Collard Greens

"I had way too many collards in my garden I needed to pull out to prepare my spring soil. After enjoying several recipes on this site, I got a recipe from a co-worker and it was something really different and good. My fiance says its the best collards he has had, and trust me, we have tried them a lot of different ways!"

  • Saute butter, green onion, garlic and collards.
  • Add rice and a little water and cover.
  • Check every few minutes and stir, add more water so it does not become dry, if needed, add extra water.
  • When rice is cooked add cream cheese and milk.
  • Add salt and pepper and serve.
