"This flavorful casserole is fast and tasty, with a sweet/sour sauce. Reminiscent of the labor intensive stuffed cabbage rolls without all the work."

  1. Quite possibly the best unstuffed cabbage I've had yet. I cooked up some brown rice & added it in with the rest. I used cider vinegar. I did add the raisins. Everybody loved it! Thank you!

Without question, I am a "foodie". I love good food, enjoy trying new recipes and love to bake. As I am still working, most of my cooking is done on the weekend. I usually make enough so that I can freeze the other portion. This way my DH & I have another meal that is right there except for heating it up. If you don't put it in the freezer, you can't take it out!
