This is so good! we loved it! I used mediterranean herb flavoured tortillas, and i used cheddar cheese. I also used some leftover hot taco sauce for the picante sauce. I addeda n extra slice of cheese in each one, and after baking I sprinkled a little shredded cheese on top. These were a hit, and I will be definately making them again! [Made for Aus/NZ Recipe Swap]

This sure was a surprise. I thought the ingredients would be good together...that's why I made it...but I didn't expect it to be so darn good! This really did make a wonderful quick lunch. I used Canadian bacon instead of the ham and added a touch of chopped cilantro on top because I felt it needed more color and I love the flavor. The only negative thing I can say about this recipe (which I expected) was that the corn tortillas creaked. I agree with Papa Syd that flour tortillas would be great too! Made for PRMR tag game.
