Have been eating this since I can remember. My dad was an old farm boy from Pa and used to make this the morning after Thanksgiving. I've never met anyone else who has ever heard of it let alone, has ever eaten it. My favorite was to put an 'over-easy' egg between two pancakes, then cover with gravy. Yum!
