DIRECTIONS

  • Cook pasta according to package, drain and set aside.
  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil.
  • Add sausage and cook for 5 minutes or until browned stirring often.
  • Add bell peppers, onions, and zucchini. Cook until slightly softened.
  • Add Tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
  • Top with cheese if desired.
