    cups hard-boiled eggs, chopped

    (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms (optional)

    cup walnuts

    tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1
    (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken soup

  • chow mein noodles or crushed potato chips

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix turkey, eggs, mushrooms, celery, walnuts and onion.
  • Cream together soup and mayo, toss with the above ingredients.
  • Top with noodles or chips.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
