Tuna Salad or Sandwich Spread

The pecans give this tuna salad a wonderful flavor. It can be served in lettuce cups for a luncheon. I like to make sandwiches from this mixture for picnics or backyard parties.

Good ol' Texas pecans! They make just about anything taste better, don't they? I wasn't sure what measurement of pecans to add but decided to use 1/2 cup and I think that was perfect. I also used about a 1/4 cup mayo. My guys loved this tuna salad and so did I. We will be making it this way from now on. Thanks Stella Mae, great recipe!
