  1. Yum! Quick and simple lunch. Thanks Jim, for sharing. Congrats again on your football win.

  2. I found this very easy to make and can lead to many different meals using your imagination. Add some of your favorite veggies or different meat to create a new dish. I was in a hurry so I served this over rice with mixed veggies on the side and the kids loved it. I'll be keeping this recipe around for those hectic days! Made for *Twelve days of Christmas recipe swap 2008* game from the *Aus NZ Cooking Forum* This was a *pressie* recipe

  3. This is good! It's like a base for Tuna Noodle Casserole. I had mine over noodles. It's very versatile. I did add a little bit more milk to it. This would be good with chicken as well. Thanks for sharing your recipe Jim. Made for PAC Spring '08.

  4. This was a quick and easy lunch. I think it could have used some spices but it was good. My kids loved the chips on top :)

  5. This isn't much to look at, but it's quick, easy, filling and quite tasty. I used a 425g can of tuna in brine, a 420g can of condensed mushroom soup, low fat milk, 75% reduced fat sweet chilli & sour cream chips, and I added some freshly cracked black pepper. We had it on rice.
