"Yummy, yummy, pineapple rummy! From Bon Appetit magazine."

 

• Ready In: 8hrs
• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 2 cups pineapple juice
• 2 cups orange juice
• 1 cup white rum
• 3⁄4 cup dark rum
• 3 tablespoons campari

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher. Cover and chill overnight. DIvide among ice-filled glasses. Garnish with orange wedges and maraschino cherries.

I made this drink only for 1, for DH. He's the one to like campari. He liked it so much. I tasted it and next time, I'll do this drink also for me. Thanks Kathy :) Made for PAC Fall 2012
