Tropical Smoothie (Barefoot Contessa) Ina Garten

"Hoping this will get me on track to good health. This is a fairly thin smoothie, but I'm sure you can thicken it by freezing the fruit first."

Made a great lunch . . . Used frozen fruit, including the banana, and no ice! Left out the milk and substituted orange juice! Made for ZWT 5. Thanks for sharing!

Oh so yummy! I used frozen mango, so used only 4 pieces of ice. I used vanilla yogurt and almond milk. Thanks for a great morning start! Made for the secret ingredient game.

I coarsely chopped the mango & papaya, then partially froze them before making this wonderful smoothie, without the ice! Did add two small scoops of vanilla protein powder! Thanks for a great tasting, drinkable breakfast! [Tagged, made & reviewed in the Beverage Tag cooking game]

Wow! Cookiedog, this is another winner. What a tropical taste treat. This thick, rich, creamy, and fruity smoothie tastes wonderful. It was quick and easy to make, with great results. You can taste all the different fruit and the honey. A very satisfying breakfast, thanks so much for sharing CD.
