DIRECTIONS

  • steam the rice with 1 cup of water and keep aside.
  • in a pan, add oil and cumin seeds
  • once it crackles, add the onions.
  • when onions turn brown add all the capsicums.
  • fry for a few minutes (5 to 6) for the capsicum to get cooked.
  • add salt and pepper
  • add the steamed rice spoon by spoon,
  • mix well.
  • remove from gas.
  • add coriander and paneer.
  • serve hot with raitha.
