ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups milk
- 1 cup granola cereal
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 1⁄4 cup molasses
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 apple, peeled and grated
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1⁄4 cup wheat germ
directions
- In mixing bowl combine milk, granola, sugar, butter, molasses, egg and apple blend well.
- In large bowl combine remaining ingredients.
- Add milk mixture and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Spoon into 18 lined or greased muffin cups.
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
