- 7 ounces macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 can Spam, cubed
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup shredded American cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
directions
- Melt butter in large pan.
- Stir in brown sugar.
- Add cubed spam and saute until browned.
- Stir together mayo.
- ,sour cream and salt.
- Stir mayo.
- mixture and spam mixture into macaroni and mix well.
- Chill and enjoy.

I live in a small, backwoods, Ohio hicktown - just past the second brown cow on the left. I have recently met a wonderful man who has made me feel alive again. I am raising two beautiful, intelligent teenage girls (17, 14) - the oldest of which is leaving for the USAF next August. I work FT in the medical records dept. of the local hospital and I LOVE to cook - hate to clean up though. I play role-play games and collect fantasy art. Most people think I am rather cynical (which is true).
Biggest pet peeve: "Skaters" - you know, those people who just breeze through life without ever knowing what it is to work hard, struggle, do without...Those people who ALWAYS come out smelling like a rose...
