Tostada Dip

"This recipe was given to me by a good friend of mine years ago. I have used it so many times and it has always received rave reviews!!"

• Ingredients: 8
• Serves: 8-10

ingredients

• 16 ounces sour cream
• 16 ounces cream cheese
• 1 (8 ounce) package taco seasoning
• 1 red pepper
• 1 yellow pepper
• 1 bunch green onion
• 1 cucumber
• shredded cheese

directions

1. Mix in a medium bowl the sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning.
2. Spread on a serving plate.
3. Dice peppers, green onions and cucumber and place a layer of each all over the spread. (You can add more variety if wanted).
4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top. Can chill or serve immediately.
5. Serve with tostados.
