  • 2 large sesame seed rolls, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons garlic aioli
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (I requested Dijon on my sandwich) (optional)
  • 2 ounces provolone cheese
  • 4 tablespoons green olive tapenade (*fyi)
  • 2 ounces fontina
  • mixed greens, washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons marinated sun-dried tomatoes

  • *~fyi~A vegetarian made-from-scratch version is used in the restaurant-minus the anchovies.
  • Spread each roll slice with the garlic aioli (and Dijon mustard, if using.).
  • Next add the ingredients as listed above.
  • Cut sandwich in half and serve.
