ingredients
- 2 large sesame seed rolls, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons garlic aioli
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (I requested Dijon on my sandwich) (optional)
- 2 ounces provolone cheese
- 4 tablespoons green olive tapenade (*fyi)
- 2 ounces fontina
- mixed greens, washed and dried
- 2 tablespoons marinated sun-dried tomatoes
directions
- *~fyi~A vegetarian made-from-scratch version is used in the restaurant-minus the anchovies.
- Spread each roll slice with the garlic aioli (and Dijon mustard, if using.).
- Next add the ingredients as listed above.
- Cut sandwich in half and serve.
