- 4 -6 boneless pork chops
- 1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Arrange pork chops (they don't have to be defrosted) in crock pot.
- Place onion slices on top of pork chops.
- Pour tomatoes over all.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on lowest setting in crock pot for 4-8 hours.
- To serve, spoon over hot rice.

Sorry but this was just OK for us. I followed the recipe as written but we thought the pork didn't have much taste. I did cook it in the oven instead of the crockpot but that shouldn't have made any difference in the flavor. I even let it sit over night in the fridge and heated it up but it still was missing something.
