  1. Fabulous. I used season salt on the tomatoes 10 minutes before serving as this draws the water out of them, arranged them on the salad plate, then sprinkled them with crumbled feta cheese.

  2. Very easy, quick to make and very yummy! Followed recipe as written and it was perfect, my husband had thirds!

  3. Nice simple recipe to let the flavor of heirloom tomatoes shine. I sliced them and drizzled the oil, then sprinkled the herbs, salt, and pepper.

  4. I had everything fresh from the garden just TONS of small re cherry and yellow pear tomatoes along with fresh oregano and basil. I added red shallots just picked and dried and a diced green pepper too for good measure. Excellent!!

  5. So quick and so delicious. Fresh tomatoes is definitely a plus and if you have fresh basil, that really adds to the flavor. This was made using about 1/2 the oil called for, fresh basil and freshly ground salt and pepper. It was allowed to stand at room temperature and then served on a bed of shredded Romaine.
