ingredients
- 10 cups chicken broth
- 32 ounces canned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 1 lb pork (cubed)
- 1⁄2 cup barley
- 2 cups cottage cheese
directions
- toss everything in a crockpot (except for cheese).
- boil on low for 7 hours.
- serve with cottage cheese.
